DHC Consulting was tasked with adding an additional two floors to an existing two-storey structure.

Completion of structural design.

Project Outcomes

36 one-bedroom/studio style apartment complex to suit short term accommodation with construction beginning May 2012 and completed March 2013.

• Using exact surveying and measurements for materials in order to affix these seamlessly to the existing structure.
