Project Description

This project consisted of a single level multi tenancy large format retail centre within the 5 Mile development, Queenstown. This included the anchor tenant “The Warehouse”. The construction consisted of steel portal frames, concrete precast walls, concrete slab on grade and shallow concrete foundations.

This large format retail development comprises of large span structural steel portals to maximise retail utility with minimal use of internal posts. 2 levels of apartments are being provided in the north east of the site. These are concrete construction consisting of precast flooring units and precast panel shear walls.

The project value is $23 million dollars.
