The new administration building at Rutherford College was developed to replace the school's existing office facilities with a modern, purpose-built space that supports the day-to-day needs of the college. Positioned at the main entrance to the campus, the building creates a welcoming first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and the wider school community.

DHC provided structural engineering services for the project, working closely with the wider project team to deliver a building that balances functionality, durability, and long-term performance. The completed facility provides a central administrative hub for the college while supporting the school's ongoing growth and future development.
