The development includes fourteen classrooms, a dance studio, drama theatre, breakout spaces, office areas, and a link bridge connecting to the existing building. The structural design incorporates efficient composite beams and core filled columns, high level footings, and precast panel shear walls. The project was delivered through a design and build partnership with Savory Construction.
