Project Description

DHC was involved from early on in the project to ensure appropriate tenancy design and fit-outs by liaising closely with the client and architect.

Project Goals

To complete a sophisticated construction of $6 million facility including a total of 1200m² of high-spec office space, 3600m² of high-stud warehousing and 800m² of drive-through canopy.

Project Outcomes

Total construction time of 16 months in two distinct stages: Stage I was completed in 9 months, with Stage II completed in 7 months.
